First of all I am a mother, grandma (YES I KNOW CRAZY), sister, daughter, and a child of God. I believe the characteristics in your wedding or special event come from you and your own dreams, passion, and experiences in life. These experiences cultivate the person who we are.
I believe in the personal experience, the experience of your guests, the experience you have, and that is why we are, YOUnique Events & Design, because we have a passion in bringing the "YOU" out of your wedding or special event.
I bring you over 10 years of event planning experience, from holiday parties, retirement receptions, corporate recruitment dinner parties, and of course weddings. Through these past 10 years I have cultivated excellent resources in the Pacific NW from photographers, cake designers, musicians, and florists. Through these past 10-years I have found that I have a love of party planning and creating that "dream" space for each person present.
I love my clients. I interview them as much as they interview me, and once we’ve decided on each other, I’ll do anything for them! I connect with my clients on a personal level so I can design and produce their event that is infused with their personalities.
I have become a believer in community over competition, and that is why I have worked so hard on so many styled shoots. I love my select set of vendors I get to create with. They are creative geniuses, and they are fearless. I would never leave home without them.
