Kirstie, and her true love Jeffrey, a blue eyed, cowboy boot wearing man (her dream boy), knew they had to share their commitment to each other, family, and God at this grand historical venue.
Kirstie spent a magical day getting all glammed for her wedding at the on-site bridal suite were her entourage of close friends and of course her bestest friend, Brittney (aka, BIG sister), shared in this joyous day and time with her. Jeffrey and his entourage of guy friends also spent a day getting ready, and sharing moments of laughter, anxiety, and pure joy at the on-site men's suite.
The day was a crisp fall day, which had a quick presence of thunderstorms and lighting, but as the time grew near for guests to arrive, and share in this moment, God the almighty opened up the sky with sunshine, and beautiful white fluffy clouds, and hence the day became quite perfect.
The personalization and details into this wedding were a wedding planners dream (my bucket list had a check off). Kirstie's mom, Sue, left nothing untouched, and truly wanted her daughter to have a day built on memories of the future, present, and past. This personalization was found throughout this beautiful day. Gifts were gently placed on each place setting, a popcorn bar was ready and prepped for the guests to enjoy while dinner was being arranged, the coffee bar was staged with hot water, and of course the dessert bar with Kirstie's, Grandma June's homemade fudge was perfectly staged. A true table of confection!
Of course, I can't forget the most adorable photo booth that was on-site for the wedding festivities. Kirstie & Jeffrey wanted their guests to be able to take home their own memory of this day. Danielle Palacio, owner of the Snap Shack, had her 1969 retro styled travel trailer on site for family and friends to have a little fun during all the festivities.
It was a true honor to be able to assist Kirstie & Jeffrey in the planning and designing of their big day. It was also a true honor to work so closely with Kirstie's mom, Sue, and I thank her for entrusting me with the "day of" duties that she allowed me to handle.
Many blessing's Kirstie & Jeffrey, and may God enrich your family.
