Planning & Coordination
The benefit of having a wedding planner/coordinator results in the following: bride, groom, family, and attendants get to enjoy the wedding day rather than work the wedding day. Just think we are your assistant for your wedding. We allow you to focus on your wedding day. Our past clients consistently say, "It was the best thing I ever did for my wedding day".
On your wedding day our job is to prevent and manage any and all problems that may arise. We also are there to keep things on track and in order so you don’t have to worry. We work closely with your musician on making sure announcements are followed. This is your day to enjoy with family and friends, and allow that to happen.
At the end of your reception there are many details that we can attend to so that you can be off to enjoy your first night as husband and wife. We can distribute final payments and gratuities as needed. Pack up gifts, leftover favors, decorations, and any personal items and give to designated person(s).
The PREMIUM Package - $1,100
This package is for those couples who have most of their planning done, but need someone to take over for all the final correspondence and planning. While it is usually called "Month-Of-Coordinator", this package usually starts 6-12 weeks out, so that we have the best understanding of your wedding with a decent amount of time. This package includes:

THE SIGNATURE PACKAGE - 1, 700
This package is considered our full-wedding planning package. This is for the couple who is still in the early phase of planning and selecting vendors. :
NOTE: Our packages do not include us serving food or drinks, nor bussing tables. If your venue requires that trash is removed from the premises at the end of the night you will need to designate someone to transport trash away. We will happily assist in making sure that all trash is gathered and bagged, but we do not have the appropriate vehicle to remove trash/debris.
